All I can say is that it’s a good thing we have people like you Adam. If no one is there to educate people about debt then we will all fall into a trap where ordinary people lose and the banks and suppliers of credit win.

How WOULD you manage a house without debt? A low-end house in the city is going to run at least a hundred thousand dollars. It would take me a lifetime to build that kind of capital! Building from the ground up isn’t cheap either.
