Interviewed By AskMrCreditCard & GetMoneyEnergy

interview

I’m proud to announce today that not one, but two different blogs have honored me by extending an interview opportunity.

First, Mr. Credit Card is featuring “Man Vs. Debt Interview – Adam Eliminates Credit Card Debt in 15 Months” over at his blog AskMrCreditCard.com! This interview focus on my debt, work experiences, family, and upcoming travels.

Second, my blogging friend over at GetMoneyEnergy.com is also featuring “One-Month Blogging Success Story:  ManVsDebt on Living the Dream and Moving to Australia“!  This interview focuses more on blogging, escaping the rat race, and our decision to commit to traveling.

Both of these blogs have extended me their friendship and put forth a lot of work in order to get the interview together.  I really appreciate their effort and hope you check out each of the host blogs thoroughly!

If you have any addition questions that weren’t answered in these two interviews, we can continue them below!  Just leave your questions and I’ll be sure to reply with an answer!

  1. Interesting story about the gambling. Glad you were able to give it up. I enjoy a small wager ($5 or so) on a sporting event (just with friends) but have never had any interest in casino-style gambling. The house always wins in the long run – that’s how they are able to build such extravagant casinos. Heck, they are profitable enought that they can implode some pretty extravagant casinos to make room for the next big casino!

You mentioned wanting to move around frequently – do you have other countries in mind? I’m curious to see where your travels might take you.

If you ever want to really escape from the rat rate, I’d recommend Pitcairn Island 🙂

  2. We’ve definitely thought about other locations! A couple that we’ve tossed around are Ireland, Japan, Brazil, Curacao, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

And no… we probably won’t be staying long-term in Pitcairn Island o.O!

  3. I was turned on to your blog by MoneyEnergy and your interview there. I have to say your decision to leave the rat race and travel is gutsy and I totally admire you. There are quite a few like you who have entered the vagabond lifestyle. You may want to check out nomadicmatt.com and connect with Matt if you need someone to talk about your upcoming adventure. Good Luck and I will watch this space for your updates!
