hmmm.. nothing valuable in this post, just generic preaching..
give us the specific man. i was abt to purchase the unautomaton guide, but stopped after reading this article, wondering wat other blabber would i get after you suck in my 12$..

for e.g. take the The Most Important Lessons, and the summary.. ponder over the bolded items. and tell me what new or different did you write? age old techniques, just that we've to use them. instead offer some compelling advise that would drive our ass out of seat and instill confidence. try ramit for teaching rich

I bet that guy in the picture with the kid on his lap will get precisely 40 seconds of work done before the little boy starts hitting the keyboard and grabbing the mouse :)

My one piece of advice is to start your business before you have kids, when you have tons of time to invest. Once the kids start showing up you don't have much free time and it's a lot harder to get anything accomplished.

Ben’s last blog post..Your FICO Score

Just the valuable post I needed. I am looking at working part-time from home (full time eventually). But the sound affirmations of what I am already aware... is exactly what I needed. Thank you for you sound advice.

Hey John - great post. The dream of working from home is often mistaken for "get rich online." Glad to see you showing some sound advice. While I agree that believing and knowing your product/market are key to a successful longterm business, there are some affiliate programs that do offer great insight into testing markets, testing theories and helping the bootstrapping process.

The best advice is that you need to be in this for the long haul - the overnight millionaire is not the same as a work from home "business."

This article is awesome John! Very informative. I subscribed and look forward to reading more from you. This is right up my alley, and at the perfect time, because I am getting closer to launching my financial coaching business. Goal #1 is to kill our remaining debt! $3,000 to go. I plan to start and run my business debt free, so I am very excited but have also had to be extremely patient. That part has been the struggle, but I have found that with time comes more productive brainstorming. Thanks again!

Thanks for posting this Baker! I hope your weeks leading up to your departure go smoothly.
