I will have to check this ebook out this weekend. Chapter 6 looks like it would really connect with me. It is a constant struggle I go through. I always look at free time as if it were in direct opposition to career advancement. I know I am wrong but it is one of those principles that is hard to overcome. Thanks for the suggested reading!
